Saison beers are dark blonde to amber-coloured thirst quenchers. This beer has a high degree of fermentation. The taste is malty and fruity and sometimes slightly bitter. Typical for this type of beer is the hop bitterness.

Saison is originally from the Belgian province of Hainaut. It was served a commission beer to field labourers in hot summer months.

The ABV is somewhere between 5,5 and 8,5%.
